REFUND POLICY
We are currently not accepting any returns at the moment. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you please read the descriptionns of each item before purchasing. Email support at celestialestilespprt@gmail.com for any further questions.
CANCELLING ORDERS
We are unable to cancel any order once placed. Please ensure your address and contact information is correct prior to placing your order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change shipping addresses or contact information.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at celesetialestilespprt@gmail.com if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item.
Items must be returned in the same contion they were received (unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and scents of any kind with original tags attached). Items must be shipped back to us with a date postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package. Packing slip/receipt must be included in the package with the items. Celestial Estile Co. will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. No items shipped back for refunds will be accepted after the time frame stated.
Once the item(s) are received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit so that you may purchase the items again, if items are in stock. No refunds will be issued unless our team determines a refund is warranted. Please allow us 5 business days from receipt of your items, (Monday-Friday) to process your items. Store credit will be provided as a gift card to email provided at checkout. Once your credit has been used, the new order becomes final sale. No exceptions.
Please note that all accessories, jewelry, shoes, intimates, bodysuits, giftcards, promotional discounted, seasonal, sale items, final sale items, all white clothing, special occassion dresses/clothing are FINAL SALE.
